How do we make it easier for you?
– Fixed Fees. There are no surprises.
– Communication. During the course of the matter we will meet by face or video multiple times. We also answer our phones or call back when we miss your call.
– We do all the work. We have devised a very successful system and method of presenting the documentation. Just send us the documents we ask for, and we can present them in a way that makes a very strong and/or compelling application. We make it as easy as possible for the Case Officer/Decision Maker to tick off each criteria.
– Continuous improvement and Dedication. We don’t close the door once we have lodged the application and banked the fees. We believe it is professional to follow all the way through, and we believe this is the ethical way of doing business. From the time we lodge until the time we get a decision, we will be continuously improving on the application. We will follow up with you regularly for more evidence and supporting documentation and providing advice.
Our success rate is high. This is not just because of our effort and ability. When you consult with us, we will give you a fair and qualified opinion on our expectations of success. We won’t take the job, or your money, if we do not believe you have a strong case. To date (Feb 2023) our only fails have been visitors from high risk countries.
